Celler Terra i Vins – Brúixola – Grenache noir, Carignan, Syrah – D.O.Q. Priorat

14,5% Alc by Vol, 5 months in French oak

Red colour with touch blacks of high half layer.

60% grenache noir, 35% carignan, 5% syrah.

Good nasal balance and in mouth being very cool with notes to mature red fruits and black with notes to spices, black pepper, black licorice and touch mineral own of the earth where is born.

Being very long and persistent.

Good nasal balance with aromas to red fruits very cool with touch mineral and to spices, getting the same feelings in the palate, being very long, persistent and goloso.

45 % grenache noir, 45 % carignan, 10 % syrah

30 year vineyards, 4 month in french oak, 14 % Alc by vol.

Terruño: Calcàreos arcillosos / granìtico arenosos / Pizarras.

From our serie of varietal wines. The only foreign grape we are working with Chardonnay grows perfectly in this higher altitude plots in Fitero area.

We harvest early to get acidity in the grape and freshness in the wine, soft pressing and just free run most fermentation. The wine was bottled at the end of November 2019.
