These are Matt Jones of The Treat Craft Pastry‘s new Trencadís series of artisan chocolates, with innovative flavors, we’re warning you, you won’t be able to eat just one.
And we will pair them with the Alkimia wines of the Priorat. Jordi wants us to taste his new wines and signature wines, as always organic and vega
We will taste FIVE wines, the new Alkimia white, a golden white, the new Temple rosé, if the previous one was good, this one will leave your mouth open, a perfect wine to drink when it is pouring, and three reds, the Secret del Montsant, Essència del Priorat and, to finish, its perfect muscat to pair with chocolates.

12 months in NEW French oak barrels.
Golden wine, a very characteristic feature of this type of wine that has been aged for 12 months in new French oak barrels.
It has fresh aromas of flowers, stone fruit, white fruit and orange on the nose with a balanced acidity.
It is a wine of a fresh style with a very marked texture and personality. It is characterized by great complexity, aromatic purity and a very pleasant freshness.
Excellent to accompany any fish and soft meats.
Production limited to 1900 numbered bottles, making each bottle a small treasure.
It is an organic and vegan young rosé wine, made by hand, both in the vineyard and in the cellar. It is part of the private collection and therefore we have only made a very limited production of 4000 bottles. Bottled by hand in our eco-sustainable winery located in El Molar (Priorat). The youth of this wine is manifested in its contained energy and a refreshing joy.
It has a pale pink color. On the nose, we can appreciate complex and intense aromas of berries, such as strawberries, raspberries and some very subtle lactic touches at the end. It is a very fresh, balanced and long wine in the aftertaste.
Carignan - Syrah - Grenache
10 months in NEW French oak barrels.
Great attraction in its intense cherry red color. Its smell denotes complexity in both the aromas of red fruits that it combines with the aromas of leather, vanilla and cocoa. Balanced and with a long mouthfeel.

15 months in NEW French oak barrels, 3 years in bottle.
Great attraction in its intense maroon color with brown tones. The nose is subtle, surprising and complex with aromas of leather, vanilla and chocolate that leaves a very long pass in the mouth. All this makes ESSÈNCIA an very elegant and fragrant wine that conveys a feeling of fullness in the mouth.

Alkimia Wines – Organic, vegan and biodynamic.
Our first 45-year-old organic winery and vineyard is in Montsant.

We do organic and biodynamic agriculture in our vineyards, located in the town of Marçà.
We have 2 wells to bring water to the vineyard when we need it to get the highest quality.
We follow the lunar cycles to know the best time to prune, fertilize, harvest, etc.
Our second winery and organic vineyards is in the Priorat.
Organic vineyards of 45 years of Grenache and Carignan, and 27 years of Cabernet Sauvignon that we have in DOQ Priorat, specifically in the town of El Molar.
Our vineyards are organic and biodynamic. In addition, we make wines suitable for vegans (with certificate).
In the middle of the vineyards we have our winery so that our customers can taste our wines surrounded by vines, with views of Montsant, the trees, the slate soils, and the river Siurana that passes in front of the estate.
The fertilizers we use have an ecological certificate.
The winery is eco-sustainable and runs on solar and wind energy.
We also recover rainwater, and recycle 99.6%.
The whole process is done manually and our productions are very small, we work with passion everything we do, until we get high quality wines.
In the field we work with the chap to remove weeds around the vine.
Cellar without DO.
Our third winery, without DO, is where we make signature wines with organic certification, vegan and local trade.
We also hope to have the biodynamic certification soon.
That's why we present our certified Mistik Ecological wines.
The whole bottling and labeling process is manual.
Very limited productions. That is why all bottles are numbered.
We work with the utmost care in our facilities.
