Clos Lentiscus belongs to a family of winegrowers whose goal is to capture the essence of the terroir with their wines. The family estate from the 14th century, surrounded by Mediterranean forests, facing south, is located in the Garraf Natural Park. The entire winery is organized following the principles of biodynamics. There, thanks to the sheep and their horse Ringo, and with the valuable help of their bees, they manage to work the vines respecting them and produce natural wines that today are some of the most interesting in Catalonia. In addition, Manel's generous and cheerful personality and his desire to share his knowledge are noticeable through his production.

Muscat d’Alexandria
White, Natural, Sparkling, Fresh and crunchy
Direct pressing, start of alcoholic fermentation with native yeasts in 55 l damajuanas, end of fermentation in the bottle. Calcareous sandy soil.
Aged for 24 months in the bottle with its fine lees, manual disgorgement.
Alcohol: 10.5%

Parellada
White, Natural, Still, Fresh and crispy
Soil: sandy-calcareous
Vinification: direct pressing, alcoholic fermentation with native yeasts in amphora
Ageing: 9 months in amphora

Syrah
Red, Natural, Still, Fruity and juicy
Soil: calcareous sandy
Vinification: total destemming, maceration and alcoholic fermentation with native yeasts in a stainless steel tank
Ageing: 8 months in a stainless steel tank
Alcohol: 11%

Carinyena
Red, Natural, Still, Fruity and juicy
Soil: clay-calcareous
Vinification: manual harvest, total destemming, maceration for 15 days in 1,000-l oak foudres and 500-l amphorae, just wetting the cap, alcoholic fermentation with native yeasts
Ageing: 18-24 months in 1,000-litre foudres and 500-litre amphorae on its fine lees
Alcohol: 12.5%
