SOIL: granitic sand, calcareous clay, slate

VINIFICATION: direct pressing of one half, 18-hour maceration for the other, alcoholic fermentation with native yeasts in stainless steel tanks.

AGING: 8 months in stainless steel tanks on its fine lees

Alcohol: 13%
