A private tasting for Barcelona Vibes to discover the cycling wines of TOCAVI, you will also discover an exceptional rosé cava from Trepat, the traditional grape of La Conca. We will taste THREE wines: a cava, a white from D.O. Tarragona and, finally, a fruity and velvety red from Priorat DOq, made with the two traditional Priorat grapes, Grenache and Carignan.

TOCAVI – ESCAPA T Rosé Cava – DO Conca de Barberà
Trepat
VINIFICATION: Our Cava is 100% Trepat, a grape variety native exclusively to the Conca de Barbera, which makes this cava absolutely unique.
This area has an ancient tradition in winemaking that dates back to the monasteries of the Cistercian Order still present in the region.
TASTING NOTES: A cava with an expressive cherry color, bright, and abundant fine bubbles. Aromas of fresh strawberries are one of the characteristics of this variety that persists on the palate throughout the palate with a harmonious and delicate finish.
TOCAVI – Grupeta Blanc – Tarragona
Viura, Xarel.lo & Muscat
GRUPETA: For those of you who like to be part of the group, share the road, test your strength. Holding you back, he was able to sprint, leaving the asphalt behind you, a look of color.
VINIFICATION: Controlled fermentation at 15ºC allowing the maximum expression of each grape variety.
TASTING NOTES: Mediterranean style, soft, refreshing, enhanced with citrus notes. Notes of green apple and pineapple.
TOCAVI – ESCAPA T Negre – DOq Priorat
50% Grenache, 50% Carignan.
ESCAPA T: For the brave: for those who want to get rid of the protection offered by the group and face the harsh conditions and fatigue alone. "La Grupeta" will take on the challenge and pursue you. But your determination and perseverance, your courage, your positive mental attitude and conviction will allow you to focus only on the horizon and pedal enthusiastically to victory.
Organic, 100% owned by the winery.
VINIFICATION: This wine is made in the heart of the Priorat.
The grapes are harvested by hand, in micro vineyards adjacent to the winery and following strict ecological and organic methods throughout the production process.
This means a full commitment to environmental protection and biodiversity practices to protect and improve the health of the land, water sources and vineyards as well as the natural balance between them.
Aged for 6-8 months in clay amphorae.
TASTING NOTES: Beautifully fruity on the nose, softly velvety and tasty on the palate, with soft tannins that add to the exceptional character of this wine.
