Celler Can Morral del Molí
The Celler Can Morral del Molí is located on the property of the same name, near Ullastrell, between the Baix Llobregat and the Vallès Occidental.
Approximately since the 15th century, the farmhouse has been inhabited by the Morral family, passed down from generation to generation and always dedicated to the cultivation of the vineyard and the olive tree.
We work with the will to maintain the agricultural landscape and traditional crops. The crop is completely organic, working with the utmost respect for our land and focusing on regenerative agriculture with some biodynamic applications.
The vineyards, surrounded by forest, are of the Tempranillo, Chardonnay, Grenache Noir, Muscat, Xarel·lo, Sumoll and Macabeo varieties, with vines between 60 and 80 years old. Throughout the estate there are scattered olive trees of the Becaruda variety, centuries-old and native olive trees in the area.
We make wine from the vineyard, without additives and with minimal intervention, taking care of the whole process, from the vine to the bottle.
Our goal is to convey to the end consumer through our products how we are, how we work and how we live.
