The great aromatic intensity and expressiveness of the Marco Abella’s terroirs define this very special wine. Loidana is a woman’s name used in the Middle Ages and appears in the family tree of the Marco family. Loidana Blanc is a versatile and cheerful wine that makes it perfect for any occasion. Loidana Blanc is born in “Masos d’en Ferran” and “La Creu” plots. Because both plots are located in Porrera at analtitude between 500m and 600 metres above sea level, the wine has great intensity and freshness.
The different estates and varieties are fermented separately in French oak
barrels. No aging is carried out in order to preserve the maximum expression of
the terroir.
Alcohol: 13.5 %
TASTING NOTES:
Fresh, mineral and complex, with notes of tropical fruit such as pineapple
or mango and white fruit such as apple or pear, white flowers with lively
acidity and a vibrant finish.
PAIRING:
Versatile and easy to pair. It will pair very well with rice, pasta, seafood, white
and blue fish, white meats and poultry.
