Costador Terroir Mediterranis

We are a winery that works unique vineyards only with organic and biodynamic agriculture.

The vineyards are old, most of them between 60 and 110 years old with different “terroirs” (clay and limestone).

They are located at altitudes between 400 and 800 meters.

With a strong thermal contrast, our grapes can mature for a long time and retain their freshness and acidity. We control the temperature of the whole process, from the moment we harvest the grapes, during fermentation and then aging.

We ferment with wild and native yeasts in amphorae or in stainless steel tanks and oak barrels.

Aging is carried out inside amphorae and oak barrels.

The final wine is a real grape juice, authentic and with natural aromas.
